Support contracts

There are four levels of support contracts. The primary differences in the contracts relates to method of service, on-site or phone and clients or server.

  • Obsidian Edge Offers server and client workstations remote, on-site, and phone support.
  • Turquoise Edge Offers server and client workstations on-site and phone support.
  • Amethyst Edge Offers client workstations on-site and phone support.
  • Granite Edge Offers client workstations phone support.

Hourly support

Clients who do not wish to purchase a support contract may choose to purchase Hourly Support. This support is offered by two methods: individual hours of a block hours.
