WEdge is the support contract side of our web site. If you have a support contract with Edge or with one of our corporate clients, it is a connection to a different arena of tools and information for your use. Wedge houses and serves various functions, some things are listed below.

Recent issues that have been solved are organized into a problem and solution list, based on any type of subject matter. This list is regenerated as new issues occur and old ones are archived.

When we run across issues when upgrading systems or software we will publish those as update tips. These would be specific issues listed to watch out for when upgrading hardware or software.

Issues that you have placed with Edge will be able to be seen and tracked. You will be able to see the case notes for past and present issues. You also will be able to add new notes to created cases.
