Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing.

The Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns and ensuring the message targets specific audiences to drive more traffic and leads for our services to meet sales objectives.

This role is also client facing whereby you will be communicating with new clients to assist with onboarding and identify KPIs important to each client.

Required Skills

  • Manage the communication schedule
  • Monthly Campaign Strategy and Execution
  • Create and execute campaign plans that bring audience-focused attention to our services
  • Develop case studies that move leads through the funnel to request a quote
  • Manage the advertising campaigns and analyze metrics to improve performance

SEO Specialist

Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a full-time SEO Specialist to be responsible for SEO optimization on client sites, keyword research, and on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

The right candidate will multitask across diverse environments, communicate with clients and internal team members, and be dynamic enough to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Using our SEO management tool, you will run initial diagnostics on each account to determine what needs to be done to get the site ranking in the SERPs.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Define and build keyword lists based on clients’ objectives and market opportunities, using a mix of proprietary tools and analytics data.
  • Run keyword analysis from Google Analytics to determine common trends based on long-tail traffic. This analysis will allow the client to rank for additional keywords.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations on the website.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and other tools to produce actionable insights, such as determining any trends or issues that need to be addressed on each site – high bounce rate percentage, low traffic, spammy referral sites, etc.
  • Research and analyze competitor content and links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content strategy and creation.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Coordinate regularly with our website development, SEM, design, and business development teams and senior management to ensure that clients are getting positive results.
  • Prepare a customized End of Month SEO Report that explains where the client is currently ranking, what we will be focusing on, and how we will adjust our strategy.

Required Skills:

  • Proven SEO experience and a track record of success growing organic search traffic and conversions
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and inbound marketing
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics – GA3 & 4)
  • Experience with a variety of SEO Software such as AHREFs, ProRankTracker, Hotjar, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Minimum Requirements

Website Developer
We are a growing Digital Marketing Agency and looking for a front-end WordPress Web Developer. This is a remote position, but we are specifically looking for someone based in the Raleigh area. We work mostly with home services, healthcare, and medical spas industries.

The Role

This position is best suited for a candidate with early to mid-level experience in WordPress development. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with us or a quick learner. Under the direction of our lead developer, this position will handle front-end WordPress website development and modifications for our client base as well as landing page creation for lead generation. Attention to detail is vital for delivering a quality product to the clients. As a remote position, the abilities to communicate with peers and clients (verbal and written), self-motivated, and work with a team are what we are looking for in a candidate. We offer Paid vacation, sick, and holidays.

Required Skills

  • At least 1 year of concentrated WordPress experience (NOT WORDPRESS.COM) using child themes.
  • Intermediate skills in HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
  • Beginner skills in PHP, JavaScript.
  • Should be a problem solver – if you DON’T know it, be able to find the answer.
  • Knowledge of mobile responsive and cross-browser and cross-device testing.
  • Comfortable with WHM/cPanel operation.
