Cancellation Policy

This agreement can be modified or canceled by either party in writing with a minimum of 30-day notice. No cancellation fee will be charge as long as there is a 30-day notice in writing.

Cancellation Notice

Should either [CLIENT] or Edge Digital elect to terminate this contract, Edge Digital reserves the right to collect payment for services provided and will allow [CLIENT] thirty (30) days to remit payment in the amount disclosed on final invoice that will be provided to [CLIENT] by Edge Digital within thirty (30) days of contract termination. Upon termination of the contract by either party, any paid services, content, software or any other cost-incurring service will be immediately terminated at the end of the contract period.

Edge Digital takes no responsibility for rankings beyond the termination of service. If contract terminates, it is very likely that rankings gained will drop to previous levels.

Warranty

Edge Digital warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and that all work Edgei Digital performed under this agreement will be the original work of Edge Digital and not plagiarized or in violation of any copyright or infringement laws.
Any and all stock images used in performance of any tasks will be properly procured and licensed as per current laws. Edge Digital does not take responsibility for any existing images, content or other existing materials provided by [CLIENT] or any of its agents.

Hold Harmless. Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, to the fullest extent allowed by law, the other party and its principals, officers, and employees from and against all claims, demands, suits, actions, payments, liabilities, judgments and expenses (including court-ordered attorneys’ fees), arising out of or resulting from the acts or omissions of their principals, officers, or employees in the performance of this Agreement. Liability includes any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or resulting from performance of this Agreement that results in any claim for damage whatsoever including any bodily injury, civil rights liability, or damage to or destruction of tangible property, including the loss of use resulting therefrom. Further, each party shall maintain a policy or policies of insurance (or a self-insurance program), sufficient in coverage and amount to pay any judgments or related expenses from or in conjunction with any such claims.

Website change requests

Minimum time invoiced for website work within a calendar month – 1/2 hr @ $110/hour = $55.

Website updates are not included in the standard hosting plan.

Cybersecurity

Edge Digital does not warrant against any cybercrimes including, but not limited to, denial of Service (DoS), Phishing, Malware, Ransomware, etc. You agree not to click on suspicious email links and look at the sending email address prior to opening an email.
